Coach Nic has been competing in Bodybuilding, specifically Figure since 2003. Starting in NPC and competing in both Open Figure and Master's Figure she has placed top 5 and been Nationally Qualified numerous times. She competed in both organizations in 2016 & 2017, but earning her Pro Card in INBA/PNBA she found a family atmosphere and continues to compete on a drug-tested level.
She will help you with everything from training programs, nutrition, suit and accessory selection, road to Natural Olympia and joining Team USA! She prefers to be backstage with her athlete's and support them every step of the way! We use a flexible diet approach and although it is a tough road, we keep health and sanity as priorities.
Coach Nic loves to take her clients on her journeys with her and venturing into Powerlifting is no exception! She started getting serious by attending the first USAPL Masters' camp in 2019 at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado. Building on what she learned in the Club Coach Certification and the connections she made, she became a CA State Referee and is registered for the next camp as well as competing in the Open & Masters (M1) 57kg class.
One-on-One Training is preferred for maximum results. This allows time for form correction, and alterations to programming based on the body mechanics and feedback that can be obtained through personal interaction.
45 minute Single session.
45 minute sessions. Paid in advance to reserve appointment times on the schedule for the following month. This is typically 8 sessions depending on the month.
25 minute session to review form, nutrition and program modifications.
This option is for those who are comfortable working independently and need some guidance on structuring their program.
25 min Consultation to review goals must be scheduled. Program will be created according to your goals, current level of ability, the training equipment you have access to, and your schedule. (Days/week, time/workout)
25 min Consultation to review goals must be scheduled. Nutrition goals will be set according to your training goals and eating habits and what methods work best for you. Materials will be provided based on Recommended Nutrition and Health Guidelines and Sports Nutrition.
