I've known and trained with Nicole (on and off) for over 4 years. I've taken both small group training sessions and also many, many group exercise classes with her. This woman teaches it all-- spinning, bosu, TBC--and does it with a great sense of humor and a smile on her face.
She knows how to get a full body work out in, in the span of an hour, and really listens to clients tell her what kind of results he/she are looking for. She's been a huge help in my own fitness journey, helping me figure out the right workouts to do on my own, and working on a sensible (and do-able) eating plan.
Nic is also the person that introduced burpees into my life. Part of me wants to take off a star for this; midway through any set of burpees, no part of me is happy. But, I'll keep this at a five star review, simply for fear of having to do additonal burpees, should she ever read this. =p
I've learned so much from her, everything from how to do a deadlift correctly to the three tenets of successful weight loss: diet, strength-training, and cardio. I'm not perfect, but I really don't think I'd value being healthy and fit as much as I do, if it wasn't for Nic.

Nic has been my trainer for a little over a year now. One thing I really appreciate is how she doesn't try to push me too beyond what my body can handle. I have a lot of health issues and if I tell her something we try causes me pain (in the wrong way) or aggravates previous injuries, she will adjust the current routine or we'll do something else instead. Though I still struggle with the weight loss, I can only say that Nic has helped me to improve my body's physical strength to a level I never thought I would have after going through back surgery and physical therapy a few years ago. I can do things now that I couldn't even do before the surgery.
